The NÖVOG (Lower Austrian Traffic Management Company) is responsible for managing Lower Austria’s public regional traffic operations.
In the Operations Centre Laubenbachmühle (AT) a GE 800 Intercom Server now provides central management of all door/gate and office Intercom stations. Access doors and gates have been fitted with vandal-resistant Intercom stations and can be remote- operated via the Control Desk and individual office Intercom stations.
This arrangement ensures convenient controlled access to all sensitive areas. Also, staff at the central Control Desk can now make announcements to six different PA circuits to selectively address public and staff-only areas.
